The MENTOR Network is a leading national provider of residential and support services for people with developmental disabilities, children with emotional and behavioral challenges, and people with acquired brain injury. After a time of major acquisition and restructuring, management was looking to create a leadership summit to unify and inspire senior managers from around the country.

Liz Page Associates worked with company executives to brand, plan and implement a three-day gathering of leaders from the Network that would serve as a communication forum to exchange ideas. Additional key goals included creating a social gathering to integrate employees from across the country and hosting an elegant evening to recognize company achievers whose commitment and accomplishments uniquely expressed and advanced company values.

Great Expectations, The MENTOR Network Leadership Summit welcomes over 200 employees biennially to Boston with a variety of intimate reception dinners, business meetings, break-out sessions and an awards gala. The inaugural Summit introduced the Ripple of Hope award, an annual event to recognize company achievers from across the country.
