Focused on the important work of strengthening diversity in the work place, this organization provides research, consulting, training and convening to not only advance professionals of color, but also improve clients' business performance.

As The Partnership looked towards the milestone of its 20th anniversary, the staff and board wanted to make an energizing statement to the community, recognizing Boston as a vibrant center of opportunity, inclusion and advancement for people of color. It was time to heal the scars of racial tensions from the past and view our city from a positive perspective.

Liz Page Associates branded a new signature event for The Partnership, the New Day Gala. More than 1,000 people attended this first time event at the Seaport World Trade Center and over $1.2 million was raised. The First Lady of the Commonwealth, Diane Patrick, was honored and the event was co-chaired by Cleve Killingsworth of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, David F. Lamere of The Bank of New York Mellon and Gloria Larson of Bentley College.
